Suggestions for Use
- Use in dressings, sauces or include in marinades to give fish and meat (especially lamb), a delicious herby flavour.
- Perfect sprinkled over roasted vegetables or potatoes to give an authentic Mediterranean touch.
- Marinate a leg of lamb overnight by rubbing the oil into the skin, stud with fresh garlic cloves, and then roast slowly to perfection.
