Crafted in the heart of the Modena countryside by one of the country’s foremost artisan producers, this 15-year ageing quality vintage Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is lovingly matured in barrels made from different woods according to a centuries old method. Characterised by its density, depth of colour and elaborate bouquet, it has a pleasant acidity and is perfectly complemented by a smooth, bittersweet flavour.
