Flavoured Balsam Vinegar

• Drip and drizzle over ice cream, pancakes and crêpes.
• Drizzle over a fresh strawberry panna cotta.
• For a summer treat, why not add a splash to some Prosecco or Cava to create that special aperitif.
• Try it in a dressing with our Lemon flavoured Olive Oil.
• Use it to dress a Burrata, fresh strawberry, crushed walnut and torn basil leaf salad, and add a drizzle of our Basil flavoured Olive Oil for extra flavour.
• Pour into ice-cube trays with a few pieces of shredded mint leaves. Freeze and enjoy anytime in the drink of your choice.
