Suggestions for Use
- Ideal for sauces, salad dressings and fruit salads − mix with our Lemon infused Olive Oil and drizzle over a grilled chicken salad.
- Makes a nice rich gravy stirred into the pan meat juices. Marinate white fish, pork or chicken. Excellent to baste meats with.
- A great dipper with cheese − Combine it with our Walnut Oil for a winter dressing. An excellent complement with duck, turkey and game meats.
- Try baking a Camembert round, fork some holes in the top, and drizzle over with this vinegar to enhance the flavours.
- Add a good splash to a long glass of vodka, with crushed ice & tonic.
